CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 5:00 pm please contact us for late check in procedures. Check-out is 10:30 am. Guests who check out late may be assessed a penalty.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:
Guests must provide a credit card when making a reservation, at which point your deposit equal to 35% of your stay will be collected. Payment in full for rooms will be required 14-days prior to arrival, and our system will automatically charge your card on file at that time for the remaining balance. Reservations made inside of 14 days will be charged the full amount at booking.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION:
As a small boutique resort cancellations have a significant impact on us. In order to receive a full refund you must cancel more than 30 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations made between 15-30 days will forfeit their initial deposit. No refunds will be made for deposits or room payments are made for cancellations made 14 days or less from the check-in date. Moving a reservation inside of 30 days will be treated as a cancellation for refund purposes. Payments made for rooms booked in association with group events are non-refundable regardless of the timing of cancellation. Group events include anything booked in association with usage of the event center, or 5 or more cabins by any associated group whether or not the reservations are under the same name.
Most one- and two-bedroom cabins have a 1-night minimum during the week, 2-night minimum on the weekends and 3-nights on Holidays. The Fortress has a 2-night minimum stay during the week and weekends and a 3-night minimum stay on Holidays. Our off-site houses vary in minimum requirements.
CHILDREN & EXTRA GUESTS:
Children are welcome on the property, but we do ask that they remain supervised at all times by an adult. Our room rates are set on a base occupancy. Additional guests and children over the age of 5 will incur an additional nightly charge.
We welcome your pets but they must be on a leash and you must clean up after them while on the property. At no time may pets be allowed on furniture or beds. There will be an additional $15 charge per pet, per night. We ask that you notify us immediately if any damage occurs due to your pet so that we may assess it together. Guest will be responsible for the full cost of any repairs. Please note that some of our off-site houses do not accept pets.
We do have a community pool for your enjoyment. There is no lifeguard on duty and posted hours must be strictly followed. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by and adult at all times.
Linens are provided in all of our rooms according to the number of guests listed on your reservation. Towels are strictly for in-room use and should not be removed for any reason. You must bring your own pool or river towels. There is no daily cleaning or linen service, however should the need arise we will do our best to accommodate replacing used items.
The interiors of all our homes and cabins are non-smoking. A minimum $100 additional cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of this policy. Additional fees may be charged if damage delays or prevents future bookings. If you choose to smoke outside we ask that you please dispose of cigarette butts into the appropriate containers.
Please be considerate of your neighbors. Enjoy the campfire, friends and the wilderness. Please observe quiet hours after 10:30pm.
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, however, there are a few items you will still need to bring:
• Our coffee pots are drip pots and we do provide filters. Please remember to bring your coffee.
• Shampoo and body wash, all of your toiletries.
• Towels for the Pool or River - our bath towels are for in-room use only.
• Phone service is generally limited to AT&T. Verizon and Sprint do not work in this area. We do have Wi-Fi on site.
